Scope, company, and service names

The Leo King, Inc. operates this website and offers products and professional services under names that include The Leo King, Leo King Companies, Leo King Services, The Leo King AI Studio (collectively, "Leo King," "we," "us," or "our"). Those names describe brands and service lines of The Leo King, Inc.; they are not separate contracting entities unless a signed order, statement of work, or checkout page expressly identifies a different legal entity.

This Privacy Policy applies to theleokingai.com, its accounts, APIs, inquiry forms, service checkouts, advisory retainers, AI Studio engagements, support, generated content, and related services that link to this policy (the "Services"). A separate product may publish its own privacy policy. When that product-specific policy applies, it controls for that product.

Information we collect

• Identity and account information, such as your name, email address, account identifiers, authentication state, profile details, organization, role, preferences, and account-security records.
• Inquiry and project information, such as your company or brand, goals, audience, offer, budget, service interest, strategy questions, files, communications, support requests, and other material you choose to provide.
• Astrology and spiritual-technology information, such as birth date, birth time, birthplace, chart data, calculated placements, relationship context, questions, prompts, readings, and other inputs required for a requested feature or engagement.
• Customer and business data that an authorized client submits for implementation, analysis, integration, campaign, API, or support work.
• Purchase and commercial information, such as the service, plan, subscription, renewal, invoice, transaction status, billing contact, company, advisory focus, refund, dispute, and entitlement records associated with a purchase. Payment providers process full payment credentials; we do not need your full card number.
• Device and operational information, such as browser, device, session, IP-derived region, request, app version, logs, diagnostics, security events, rate limits, performance, crash, provider, API usage, and privacy-safe audit records.
• Public or shared content that you intentionally publish, submit for a testimonial, or authorize us to use.

Sources of information

We receive information from you, your authorized representatives, your device and browser, the organizations you represent, calculations and content you request, identity and payment providers, scheduling and communication providers, product integrations, and security or infrastructure providers. If you provide information about another person, you represent that you have the authority and any required permission to do so.

Why we use information

Depending on the context and applicable law, we process information to perform an agreement, act at your request before entering an agreement, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service reliability, or based on consent where an optional feature presents a consent choice. You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing without affecting earlier lawful processing.

• Respond to inquiries, qualify projects, prepare proposals, and deliver professional services.
• Authenticate accounts, administer organizations, and enforce owner-scoped access.
• Create requested charts, AI outputs, forecasts, reports, applications, integrations, campaigns, and advisory work.
• Operate purchases, subscriptions, invoices, receipts, refunds, disputes, entitlements, onboarding, and scheduling handoffs.
• Provide support, communicate about a project or account, and maintain service history.
• Protect users and systems, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce agreements, and investigate failures.
• Measure reliability, understand product usage, improve service quality, and develop features without using personal service content for unrelated advertising.
• Comply with tax, accounting, legal, regulatory, and valid government obligations.

AI and astrology processing

Some Services use third-party AI and astrology-calculation providers, which may include OpenAI and specialist calculation infrastructure. We may send a prompt and only the account, chart, project, conversation, attachment, or business context reasonably needed to generate or validate the feature you request. AI output is probabilistic and can be incomplete or wrong. Astrology calculations depend on the accuracy of the inputs and techniques selected.

We do not place private charts, conversations, attachments, client files, or saved context into a public training dataset, public vector index, or advertising profile. A project agreement may establish additional processing limits for client-controlled data.

Client-controlled and third-party data

When a business client submits customer, audience, employee, campaign, or integration data, that client determines whether it has a lawful basis and appropriate notices or permissions for the submission. We process that data to provide the requested Services and according to the applicable agreement. Where required, a separate data-processing agreement may define the parties' controller, business, service-provider, contractor, or processor roles.

Do not submit regulated health information, government identification numbers, full payment credentials, secret keys, children's information, or other highly restricted data unless a written agreement expressly authorizes that data type and establishes the required safeguards.

Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information only as reasonably needed to provide the Services, follow your direction, complete a transaction, protect users or systems, obtain professional advice, complete a lawful corporate transaction, or comply with law. Provider categories include identity and authentication, hosting, databases and storage, AI processing, astrology calculation, infrastructure and security, telemetry and error monitoring, payment processing, scheduling, customer support, transactional communications, and professional advisers.

Providers used for particular Services may include Vercel, Convex, WorkOS, Clerk, OpenAI, Amazon Web Services, Stripe, Sentry, Redis or data-infrastructure providers, scheduling and communication providers, and specialist astrology-calculation providers. Each provider separately processes information under its agreement and applicable obligations.

Payments and Stripe

Stripe processes website payments for The Leo King, Inc. Stripe may collect payment credentials, billing information, fraud signals, and transaction details under Stripe's own privacy terms. We receive transaction status and the customer, company, contact, service, invoice, subscription, and dispute information needed to administer the purchase. We do not receive or store a complete payment-card number from Stripe Checkout.

No sale or behavioral-advertising sharing

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use private service content, charts, prompts, client files, or advisory communications to build an advertising profile. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies. If these practices materially change, we will update this policy and provide any legally required notice or choice before the change applies.

Retention

We retain information for the shortest period reasonably needed for the requested feature or engagement, account administration, security and dispute prevention, backup integrity, and legal, tax, insurance, or accounting obligations. Account and active-project records generally remain while the account or engagement is active. Billing, contract, fraud, dispute, and legal records may remain after deletion or project completion where required or reasonably necessary. Deletion may be limited by a legal hold, mandatory recordkeeping, unresolved payment dispute, or another lawful exception.

Your controls and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know or access information, correct it, delete it, receive a portable copy, restrict or object to processing, limit certain uses of sensitive information, withdraw consent, opt out of qualifying sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling, appeal a denied request, and receive equal service for exercising a right. We may verify identity, account control, and an authorized agent's authority before acting.

We respond within the period required by applicable law. If we deny a request, we will provide the explanation and appeal or complaint information required for your jurisdiction. We do not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.

California notice at collection

During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the categories described above: identifiers; customer-record and commercial information; internet or electronic activity; approximate location; audio, visual, and similar information; professional or employment-related information; user content; sensitive personal information you choose to provide; and inferences needed to provide requested products, readings, strategies, or personalization. We collect, use, retain, and disclose these categories for the purposes stated in this policy.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, do not offer a financial incentive for personal information, and do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics for an unrelated purpose. California residents may exercise applicable access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out, and limitation rights through the request channel above.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies, browser storage, session technology, and similar tools for authentication, security, preferences, checkout continuity, and requested functionality. We may use privacy-conscious diagnostics and analytics to understand reliability and usage. Browser controls that block essential storage may prevent sign-in, checkout, saved settings, or account features from working.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information and Services, including authentication, authorization boundaries, encryption in transit, secret isolation, rate limits, logging, and restricted administrative access where appropriate. No online service can promise absolute security. Protect your credentials and contact us if you believe an account or project has been compromised.

Adults only

The Services are intended for people age 18 or older and for authorized business representatives. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a person under 18. If we learn that an underage person submitted personal information, we may disable access and take reasonable deletion steps.

International users

We are based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate, which may have different privacy laws. When applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, we will use and document an approved mechanism. You may request information about a safeguard applicable to your information and may complain to your local data-protection authority where that right applies.
